We need volunteers!

COMMUNITY SUPPORT (November - April)

• Sell sponsorships to local businesses, program ads, booth space, tables etc.
• Secure in-kind help such as printing, postage, volunteer food etc.

ACQUISITIONS (November - April)

• Help secure items for the auction, raffle, goodie bags, model gifts etc.

ADVERTISING & PUBLIC RELATIONS (November - April)

• Prepare & send press releases to local media.
• Design promotional materials and advertisements.

MODEL AUDITIONS (January)

• We need about 10 volunteers to help at each of the 6 auditions in January.
• Volunteers will assist in measuring girls, check-in, merchandise, set-up & tear-down.

MODEL SELECTIONS (January 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd & 24th)

• 2-4 volunteers are needed to assist with model selections.
• Volunteers will help review all model applications, sort girls based on likeness to dolls, show selection, size etc. Must be available to meet at our office (near Eastgate Mall) both January 26th & 28th from approx. 10am - 2pm. Lunch will be provided.
• Volunteers are also needed to call models on February 8th who have not responded/purchased the modeling package yet.

PHOTO SHOOTS (March 13th & 14th)

• Volunteers are needed in various areas including: registration, merchandise, wardrobe, dressing dolls, set-up/tear-down etc.

REHEARSALS (April 18th at Music Hall)

• Volunteers will assist with check-in, merchandise, answering questions about the show, organizing girls by groups etc.

THE SHOWS (April 23rd - 24th)

• 8 Volunteers needed for set-up on Friday, April 23rd during the day.
• Volunteers are needed at each show for:
• Registration
• Seating guests
• Setting tables
• Greeters
• Volunteer Coordinator*
• Model check-in
• Wardrobe assistance*
• VIP Guest Coordinator
  

**Please DO NOT VOLUNTEER for the show you plan to attend.
